Kevin Miller is an accomplished general contractor with over 25 years of experience in building and remodeling homes. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed over 300 home construction projects, including several multi-million-dollar custom builds. Since 2015, he has been an integral member of the HSR group, where he has demonstrated his expertise by building over 200 homes for the organization.

In his current role, Kevin has taken on the responsibility of managing lot construction for HSR, a task which he executes with great efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, he is actively involved in the entitlement process, utilizing his vast knowledge and experience to ensure that all legal requirements are met before commencing construction.

 Currently, Steve is a Partner with HSR Development, LLC, where he has excelled in his role as Chief Development Officer. Over the past two years, he has provided invaluable assistance to the company in all areas related to land acquisition, entitlement, valuation, and development. As part of his responsibilities, Steve conducts thorough market research and valuation analyses to aid in land acquisitions, as well as assists with early feasibility analysis and entitlements. Overall, his expertise and skills have made him an essential asset to the team.
