A real estate investment professional specializing in investor relations, financial planning, and land development strategy. As the Manager of Investor Relations and Financial Planning at HSR Capital, I help individuals and institutions navigate the real estate investment landscape with confidence, transparency, and long-term focus.

In my career, I have held several past roles in recruiting and financial sales. During my time in recruiting, I managed recruiting operations across 13 states, hosted 200+ events a year, and built campus strategies that transformed underperforming regions into top-performing markets. I loved combining storytelling, data, and strong relationship-building to engage candidates, empower interns, and drive strategic growth.

During my time in financial sales, I focused on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, helping them understand our investment philosophy, and guiding them through the onboarding process. I conducted hundreds of daily outreach calls, resulting in consistent client engagement and over $50 million in new assets under management. My role combined consultative selling, market education, and tailored financial strategies to meet each client’s unique goals, all while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, investor psychology, and firm offerings.
