This was a project that HSR acquired already fully engineered and was ready for construction. Knowing the scarcity of large-sized lots in the area, it was anticipated that a custom builder would be interested in purchasing these finished lots. The construction process lasted approximately four months, and halfway through, they were pre-sold and ultimately purchased in bulk.
