110-Cottage Community Coming Soon

Land development for this thoughtfully designed 110-cottage community is on track to be completed by the end of 2025, with home construction beginning shortly thereafter.

The site continues to reveal its natural beauty, featuring rolling topography and expansive greenbelts that provide a scenic buffer along the western edge of the project. In addition, we successfully constructed and activated the 179th Pump Station on-site, now fully operational and serving the Clark Regional Wastewater District — a key infrastructure milestone for the area.
