Final Phases Underway

We’re proud to announce that Paradise Pointe is entering its final phases. On track for completion by the end of 2025, the remaining work includes the new Ridgefield city park, vehicle bridge, and final homesites (296). This milestone marks a significant achievement for our team at HSR and reflects the strong, collaborative partnership we've built with the City of Ridgefield. Paradise Pointe has been a flagship project, and we’re excited to bring it across the finish line.
